There is one designated parking lot available for guests, and all parking is complimentary.
Since we do not offer courtesy holds, the best way to secure your date is by signing the agreement and paying a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. While payments are non-refundable, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or guide you through the cancellation process.
If your event exceeds the contracted end time, additional charges will apply in 15-minute increments based on our hourly rate.
Your event staffing is based on your confirmed guest count. An increase in guests may incur additional charges to cover extra staffing. A decrease in guest count does not affect pricing.
Stefanni Events is a smoke-free facility. A $500 fine will be issued for any violations of this policy.
Set-up time is included within your reserved rental hours. If you need additional time, please contact the Event Coordinator to make arrangements.
Yes. Decorations may not be attached to walls using tacks, nails, or adhesives. Open flames, dry ice, and fog/smoke machines are strictly prohibited.
Yes, Stefanni Events offers complimentary Wi-Fi access for all guests.
Police officer fees are not included. If your event requires security, you will be notified in advance and invoiced separately.
Yes, but you must submit a City of Haines City alcohol permit request and pay a non-refundable $10 fee. Approval is subject to city review on a case-by-case basis.
