To reserve your event date, a reservation deposit is required. The required amount depends on how soon your event date is approaching:
Your date is not secured until the required deposit and signed agreement are received.

Additional hours are available for $125 per hour.
Yes. A $250 refundable security deposit is required for all events.
The deposit will be refunded after the event as long as there are no damages and all rental agreement requirements are met.
We accept:
Credit and debit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Yes, alcohol is allowed.
If alcohol will be served during your event, security requirements apply. Some of our packages already include security services. If security is not included in your selected package, an additional $250 alcohol security fee will be required.
This fee covers required security personnel and is non-refundable.
Yes, you may bring your own decorations.
For safety reasons, guests and vendors are not permitted to stand on chairs or use ladders inside the venue unless they provide a Special Event Liability Insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.
Yes. Decorations may not be attached to walls using tacks, nails, or adhesives. Open flames, dry ice, and fog/smoke machines are strictly prohibited.
Yes, outside vendors are allowed according to our venue guidelines.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. While payments are non-refundable, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or guide you through the cancellation process.
If your event exceeds the contracted end time, additional charges will apply in 15-minute increments based on our hourly rate.
Your event staffing is based on your confirmed guest count. An increase in guests may incur additional charges to cover extra staffing. A decrease in guest count does not affect pricing.
Stefanni Events is a smoke-free facility. A $500 fine will be issued for any violations of this policy.
Yes, Stefanni Events offers complimentary Wi-Fi access for all guests.

Our maximum capacity is 100 guests.
There is one designated parking lot available for guests, and all parking is complimentary.
